Authentication Token

Blinke APIs use OAuth 2.0 as the authorization framework. The OAuth 2.0 specification uses “client” instead of “consumer”. Blinke supports OAuth 2.0. To learn more about the OAuth 2.0 authorization framework, click here.

The values here correspond with the following values:

  • client_id is the Consumer Key
  • client_secret is the Consumer Secret
  • redirect_uri is the Callback URL.

Once authenticated, every request must pass in the access_token value in the header. It cannot be passed as a request parameter.
